Spotify has revealed the biggest artists, songs and podcasts from the past 12 months as part of its year-end 2022 Wrapped Charts.

The world’s largest music streamer boasts 456 million users across its free and premium services, making it an authority on trending songs and musicians worldwide.

As usual, the annual Wrapped roundup features the best artists, songs and albums from the UK and around the world. The list is jam-packed with superstars new and old, from Olivia Rodrigo’s hard-hitting pop to Queen’s timeless rock anthems. Here in the UK, we kept pressing play on homegrown crooners Harry Styles and Ed Sheeran, while the world couldn’t get enough of Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny and pop maven Taylor Swift.
