But don’t worry if you don’t have time to go through the entire stream. Here are 5 things to forward as Scaramouche finally enters the picture as a new playable character!
Also, before we get into the details, here are the livestream codes, which can be redeemed for Primogems, Mora, and more! Also, if you haven’t reached the Archon quests in Sumeru, be warned that there are spoilers.

Wayfarer, Faruzan begins
Formerly marketed alongside Faruzan, Scaramouche sheds his previous identities and becomes known as a Wanderer to players. He now wields an Anemo vision!
We have been on constant alert ever since Balladeer was introduced in the “Unreconciled Stars” event of version 1.1, and it has played an important role in Archon and event quests ever since.
His story came to a head when he attained godhood in version 3.2, only to be defeated by the Traveler and Nahida at the height of his power.
Much of Scaramouche’s fate after losing the Electro Gnosis remains a mystery to players, with Nahida only confirming that she was in a coma and under his care.
But with version 3.3 revealed, it looks like he’s been given a chance at redemption from the Dendro Archon, along with a makeover, and it looks like he’s part of our team!
Faruzan, on the other hand, is a new 4-star Anemo Bow figure from the Sumeru Akademiya. She is known as “the encyclopedia of mechanics” and has extensive knowledge of machines.
Don’t let her youthful looks fool you, though, as her wisdom betrays her true age! She after all she is the “scholar of a hundred years ago”.
Wanderer will be a 5-star Anemo Catalyst user whose primary tactic is to overwhelm enemies with instances of normal and charged attacks.
His ability allows him to DMG anemo area before ascending to the sky (most likely a side effect of his ascension to godhood). During his flying state, his attacks will be empowered and he will not be able to fall.
It will be interesting to see how its dormant state affects overworld exploration as well!
His outburst on the other hand calls back to his mischievous and bossy nature during his time as Fatui Harbinger.
Creates a vacuum of wind beneath him, sucking in opponents before slaying them with multiple instances of devastating AoE Anemo DMG.
Faruzan’s kit aims to make her an all-round Anemo bearing and support.
While her skill is more focused on dispensing personal DMG, her burst is key in allowing her to become an instant base support character for your Anemo DPS characters like Xiao, Heizou, and of course the Wayfarer.
His burst emits both Anemo DMG Bonus and Anemo Resistance Shred. Which means your Anemo DPS just got a new best friend. Wait… 💀
Arataki Itto, Raiden Shogun, Kamisato Ayato replies
For character banners, Wanderer will debut alongside a replica banner of the one and only Oni, Arataki Itto.
Faruzan will also be joining their banners as one of the 4 stars on their roster for the first half of version 3.3.
If you don’t already know, Arataki Itto is a 5 star Geo Claymore character who is great at being your primary DPS. He consistently delivers a strong DMG that scales relative to his DIF and is the star of the Mono Geo team comps.
Meanwhile, Raiden Shogun will appear in a double banner with Kamisato Head and chief boba officer Kamisato Ayato in the second half of 3.3.
The Raiden Shogun is a 5-star Electro Polearm user and is the puppet of the Electro Archon Raiden Ei.
It can play both Support and DPS roles, with its terrifyingly powerful blast turning your enemies to ashes… just like The Lady (RIP).
Ayato is a 5-star Hydro Sword user and head of the Yashiro Commission. His kit focuses primarily on NA DMG and can be both a DPS and a buffer to your team.
His DMG comes primarily from his ability, which allows him to slash enemies in a series of ultra-fast, water-infused slashes.
Shiny new gear… and more farming, yay
Along with Wanderer comes his signature weapon Remembrance of Tulaytullah. This 5-star catalyst is modeled after Wanderer’s Normals and Charged concentrate kit, giving it buffs and additional ATK speed. The weapon also climbs with Crit DMG.
A new 4-star sword called Toukabo Shigur will also be made available. The sword will only be an event reward once players complete the “Akitsu Kimodameshi” event in Inazuma.
In addition to these new weapons, after the release of version 3.3 new sets of artifacts, called Chronicle of the Desert PavilionAnd Flower of Paradise Lost.
Desert Pavilion Chronicle appears to be a Wanderer-focused artifact set, as his two-piece gives Anemo DMG Bonus, while his full set will increase Attack SPD and Normal, Charged, and Plunging DMG.
Flower of Paradise Lost, on the other hand, will increase a two-piece character’s Elemental Mastery, and a full set will increase Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon DMG – Perfect for Nilou, Nahida, or even Burgeon Thoma!
Just… have fun re-farming all your artifacts for your Bloom Bloom Bakudan dreams.

Quests and events
